The Instant Y Axis

Well, I've settled on a 6" travel production model for now.$130.00 ( no stepper motor ) plus $18.00 shipping. I will be making a heftier model with 3/4" rods and Oilite bushings with 12" of travel within a month or so. The mounting holes in the Y axis and the Z axis line up to make a nice little gantry affair.

Here are the 6" travel and the 3" travel side by side and alone for comparison. The scale in some of the pictures is 12" long, just for reference.

I may do an Instant X Axis but it will be a flat table assembly.
